 德胜（苏州）洋楼有限公司（以下简称德胜公司）成立于1997年，注册地址为苏州工业园区淞江路3号（现更名为金鸡湖大道368号），是美国联邦德胜公司（FEDERALTECSUN,INC.）在中国苏州工业园区设立的全资子公司，它的前身是美国联邦德胜公司在中国上海设立的代表处。德胜公司从事美制现代木（钢）结构住宅及公用建筑的研究、开发设计及建造，是中国境内第一家取得资质和从事现代轻型木结构房屋施工的企业。同时还兼做教育、公益慈善等事业。 中国苏州总部占地约30亩，自己设计与建造了“波特兰小街花园”，作为美制轻型木结构项目的样板社区；在苏州独墅湖高教区建造了“德胜楼”，成为公司日常办公和运营的中心；在昆山市千灯镇购地181亩，建设“德胜昆山工业园”，作为公司的工业生产基地；公司年生产加工能力可以满足1000栋以上的木结构别墅工程所需全部材料（按平均每幢300平米计）。 以下是德胜公司在发展过程中取得的部分成果： 1998年02月，德胜公司被美国住宅协会吸纳为海外会员，成为中国境内唯一一家进入此协会的企业。 2003年09月，江苏省科技厅批准德胜公司为江苏省高新技术企业。10月，德胜公司顺利通过了ISO9001：2000质量管理体系和ISO14001：1996环境管理体系的认证。同年10月，经安徽省教育部门批准，由德胜公司捐资创办的德胜—鲁班（休宁）木工学校正式开学。 德胜公司一贯重视环保事业，2004年03月17日，德胜公司被苏州工业园区评选为“环保先进企业”。 2004年04月，同济大学德胜住宅研究院成立。 2005年07月，德胜公司建造的上海美林别墅（108栋）项目荣获“2004中国十大特色别墅金奖”称号——经典示范卓越楼盘。 2005年11月，德胜公司获得“中国生态建筑奖（节能环保技术领先施工企业）”，系全国唯一获得该荣誉的施工企业。 2005年12月，《德胜员工守则》面向全国正式发行。德胜公司把自己多年来从自身的企业（中国境内）管理实践中总结出来的经验毫无保留地奉献给了社会。 2006年01月，“TECSUN德胜洋楼”被江苏省工商行政管理局认定为江苏省著名商标。 2007年04月，由德胜（苏州）洋楼有限公司、同济大学德胜住宅研究院联合发起并举办的“2007’德胜院士论坛”在上海、苏州和黄山召开。46位科学家利用这段美好的时光聚集在一起，敞开心扉，彼此尊重，相互了解，对当今的基础与应用科学的学术生态环境与研究前景进行了充满遐想的讨论。众多两院院士及在国内外享有极高声望的科学家们出席了本次论坛会，增添了厚重的学术分量和无上的荣耀。这是一次无边界、跨学科门类、跨地域的论坛，也是一次划时代、高层次的学术盛会。 2007年09月，德胜（苏州）洋楼有限公司建造的北京波特兰花园项目喜获“城市首席绿色建筑开发项目”奖。 2007年12月，《德胜世界——一个人和他的重建之路》在《中国作家》纪实版头条推出报道。 2008年03月，德胜（苏州）洋楼有限公司顺利地通过了由国际著名的认证组织南非SGS公司的FSC/COC森林产品监管链认证。 2009年05月，《德胜管理》一书出版发行，这本书是继2005年底出版发行的《德胜员工守则》和2007年出版发行的《德胜世界》之后的第三本全面介绍德胜（苏州）洋楼有限公司管理的书籍。 2010年08月，聂圣哲先生撰写的《旅美小事》由外语教学与研究出版社出版。该书以平实、幽默的语言，智慧、犀利的笔锋，将一些小故事描绘得细腻、生动，让读者在轻松的阅读中感受一个真实的美国。该书图文并茂，别有一番情趣，原中国社会科学院荣誉学部委员、研究员、美国研究所原所长资中筠先生为本书作序。 2011年05月29日，“住宅人性化的现代科技支撑学术报告会暨《美制木结构住宅导论》首发式”在中国科学院学术会堂成功举行。同济大学校长裴钢等十几位院士、建筑学界的专家学者参加了报告会，共同探讨“住宅人性化”这一当下建筑理念，并对《美制木结构住宅导论》的出版表示祝贺。由聂圣哲先生撰著的、科学出版社出版的《美制木结构住宅导论》，是世界上第一本系统介绍美制木结构住宅的专著，填补了这一领域的国际空白。 2012年07月，《商业评论》第七期作为原《哈佛商业评论》更名后的第一期，发表了北京大学国际MBA杨壮教授和该杂志编辑王海杰先生共同撰写的文章《德胜洋楼：中国式管理的新范本》，文章中说道：“当全国人都追求聪明的时候，德胜提倡全体职工追求做傻子的精神。德胜洋楼是罕见的一家用价值观打造出来的企业。”该文发表后，在社会上引起了极为强烈的反响。 2012年08月，在中国木结构企业发展论坛暨优秀企业和优秀工程项目表彰大会上，德胜公司获得了中国建筑学会木结构专业委员会企业发展部“优秀企业”荣誉称号。12月08日，在江西举行的第九届中国策划师年会上，“TECSUN德胜洋楼”获得了中国创意品牌奖。 2013年08月01日，由机械工业出版社出版的《德胜员工守则》全新版正式出版发行。《德胜员工守则》自2005年12月到2012年底的7年间，先后由安徽人民出版社出版重印28次，销量达50万册。此次全新改版，新增了三分之一的内容，主要结合德胜公司近年来的全新管理实践和理念，增删了部分规章制度与企业文化方面的内容，其中规章制度由原21条增加到了32条。新书目前正在网络上热销。08月25日，全新升级版《德胜员工守则》新书发布会暨“德胜——中国企业管理模式高端研讨会”在北京西苑饭店举行。国内外最前沿的著名管理专家、学者齐聚一堂，新华社、人民日报、中央人民广播电台、21世纪经济报道、经济观察报、新华网、搜狐网、新浪网、腾讯网、和讯网等数十家国内媒体派出了记者采访。 2013年08月17日，在中国建筑学会木结构专业委员会第三次理事会上，德胜（苏州）洋楼有限公司获得了中国建筑学会木结构专业委员会“优秀企业”荣誉称号，德胜公司建造的“香槐公馆”项目荣获优秀项目荣誉称号。 2013年11月28日，在《商业评论》举办的第七届管理行动奖颁奖典礼暨管理创新高峰论坛活动中，德胜公司荣获管理行动奖。 2014年05月28日，由重庆工商大学管理学院徐世伟教授撰写的案例《从农民到产业工人的嬗变——德胜公司的员工再造》，是在对德胜公司考察及对有关人员访谈的基础上完成的案例文章，已于10月25日正式成为全国MBA教育指导委员会作为中国管理案例共享中心发表。通过本案例的教学，让社会各界更好地理解德胜公司在企业社会责任（CSR）、企业公民和企业伦理方面的理念和思路。在经济转型时期，利益刚性的环境下，容易过度追求经济利益而忽略社会利益和人文关怀，这个案例很好地诠释了企业对利益相关者尤其是员工的生存、发展和权益保护的责任。适用MBA或EMBA学员、管理类研究生及本科生的《企业社会责任与商业伦理》、《人力资源管理》甚至《质量管理》等课程的教学。 2014年06月22日，德胜公司顺利通过了职业健康安全（OHSAS18001：2007）管理体系认证。 2014年08月25日，德胜（苏州）洋楼有限公司喜获由中国木材保护工业协会木结构绿色产业分会组织举办的中国木结构行业“2014中国好木屋”荣誉称号。聂圣哲先生当选为中国木材保护工业协会木结构绿色产业分会执行理事长。德胜公司也荣幸地成为中国木材保护工业协会木结构绿色产业分会执行理事长单位。 2014年12月25日，德胜公司为连续工作满10年，始终如一地遵循“诚实、勤劳、有爱心、不走捷径”的价值观及德胜价值理念，通过各项评审合格的员工颁发了《终身职工证书》。终身职工资格是德胜公司对该职工的庄严承诺，也是对该职工的品德、能力及价值观的认可。德胜公司现有268名职工享受终身员工的权益和福利。 2015年08月20日上午，在内蒙古呼和浩特宾悦大酒店召开的“第三届中国木结构绿色产业大会和第八届中国木材保护工业大会”上，德胜（苏州）洋楼有限公司喜获“2015中国好木屋”木结构建筑十大影响力品牌企业荣誉称号，由德胜公司承建的“山东济宁波特兰小镇”项目荣获“2015中国好木屋”木结构建筑工程示范项目。 德胜公司自创建以来，一直关心和积极参与社会公益事业，尽最大努力回报社会。据不完全统计，截止2014年底向西部大开发、贫困人群、地震灾区、各种学术团体、学校及其他文化事业等无偿捐助超过六千多万元。 德胜公司将始终如一地坚持“诚实、勤劳、有爱心、不走捷径”为核心的价值观体系，在保持公司健康运营和有序发展的同时，努力承担一定的社会责任。 德胜公司网站：www.tecsunhomes.com 电子邮箱：tecsunhomes@126.com 联系电话：0512-65471847，65935639 传真号码：0512-65474658 TheIntroductionofTecsun(Suzhou)HomesCo.,Ltd.
